Les Mûriers Appartments.

As part of the renovation of a 44-unit building in Lyon, a thermal performance assessment was conducted to identify cost-effective energy improvements, complying with regulatory standards and a limited budget. This task involves collaboration with lead architect Alex Madignier and the ALTEREA Lyon team of engineers.

A technical file is being prepared to attract qualified contractors, taking into account the client's requirements, budget, and deadlines. The supervision of the construction work is planned, with a focus on compliance with quality and energy efficiency standards.

The goal is to transform this building into a modern and energy-efficient living space, respecting budgetary and time constraints.

Perspective Sâone Apartments.

The Perspective Saône apartments, located near the Lyon peripheral boulevard, underwent a renovation project. This residential complex of 40 units, built in the 1980s, faced challenges in terms of energy efficiency, including high energy costs and unstable indoor temperatures.

The primary mission was to enhance the energy efficiency of the residence and promote sustainable living. My role was to contribute to the planning and implementation of a comprehensive thermal renovation, including a window replacement strategy to increase the energy performance of each apartment, aiming to achieve a high level of energy rating.

The intervention on insulation involved selecting and installing high-quality materials for the walls, roofs, and floors of the property, enhancing air tightness. The window replacement, a key element of the project, required choosing and installing double or triple-glazed windows in a sustainable framework.

Environmental respect was a priority, and my role demanded meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to sustainable practices. This included promoting eco-friendly insulation materials and using paints with low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), ensuring that the project respects and even exceeds environmental standards.
